QSEP Auckland is running a series of workshops in 2024. Join us for the Structural Workshop Series: Structural Steel.
In this workshop, we'll discuss essential aspects of Steel Structures and how to minimise the cost of steel structure-related aspects.

The speakers for this event:

Wayne Carson: Managing Director of D&H Steel Construction, D&H Steel Construction has built up a reputation of reliability and performance since starting back in 1972. We have been behind many of Auckland's largest structural steel projects, including Westfield Shopping Malls, Auckland Airport, Lion Brewery at Ormiston Road, the 26-storey Deloittes Tower at 80 Queen Street, and the Viaduct Event Centre. Other projects outside of Auckland include the 33 Lichfield Street Parking Building, Tauranga Cargo Sheds, the University of Canterbury Regional Science and Innovation Centre, and the replacement Kopu River Bridge.

Len Yang: Senior Structural Engineer with credentials including MIStructE(UK), CEng(UK), CMEngNZ, and 1RSE(PRC). A graduate of Shanghai's Tongji University with a Master of Engineering and advanced studies in Earthquake Engineering from the University of Auckland,  Len has over two decades of experience in structural design and project management across commercial and residential projects in New Zealand.
