Returns and Refunds

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any legal rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act or any other legislation.

What should I do if I have changed my mind and want to return a product?

Please choose carefully as NZIQS does not normally accept return of goods where you have simply changed your mind. For any product return enquiry, please contact the NZIQS office. At its discretion, NZIQS may refund your purchase.

NZIQS reserves the right to assess the product to determine the products condition before processing any credit.

Delivery

Goods are normally delivered by New Zealand Post and we aim to have them delivered within 7 to 10 working days. If you haven't received your goods within 10 working days please contact the NZIQS office.
