The new Court Theatre project features the construction of a three-story theatre facility, internally the facility includes a 375-seat playhouse theatre, a 130-seat theatre, an education studio, and a number of multipurpose spaces. Hawkins have utilized an array of materials such as LVL timber, precast panels, and structural steel.

PPE (Hi-Vis, hard hat, steel cap shoes, long sleeves and long trousers, safety glasses) are required.
