Job Title - Senior Project Manager

To plan, programme, coordinate and supervise new fit-outs, refurbishments, adds moves and changes and special projects.

What you will do
  • Plan, co-ordinate and execute all aspects of assigned property projects and initiatives from concept through to full completion and disengagement.
  • Ensure all relevant procedures are followed and necessary internal approvals are obtained.
  • Liaise with all relevant internal & external parties including consultants, contractors and stakeholders to plan and review documentation, methods of construction and methods of project delivery for assigned projects.

Role Related Experience

Minimum of 10 years project management


Formal qualification in building related disciplines or qualified architect, engineer, quantity surveyor or project manager.
