Early Bird Registration closes 30 April 2024 

Full Registration  includes all sessions, Welcome Function and Gala Dinner; full participation not required, but we do recommend it!

Day Registration — includes all sessions for one or two days, great for those that want to engage & connect with the built environment but may be short on time.

The Partners Program is a pay-as-you-go program this year, no upfront costs means more flexibility to the great expanse of Wellington — almost anything is possible. Join us at the Welcome function to kick off your stay in Wellington; the Partner's Program will begin the next day, convening among friendly faces.

Silent Auction

NZIQS Silent Auction proceeds are donated to Mates in Construction & the H.H. Bunckenburg Trust. Donations big and small are accepted. Please contact comms@nziqs.co.nz to participate. 

MATES in Construction has one simple but hugely ambitious aim – to reduce the number of lives lost to suicide in the construction industry.

The HH Bunckenburg Memorial Trust continues Henry's remarkable work in quantity surveying education with a number of initiatives such as sponsoring an academic bursary, student awards, and the Emerging Professionals conference.


QSEP Mini Conference

Calling all Quantity Surveying Emerging Professionals! Don’t miss the opportunity to immerse yourself in an afternoon of knowledge-sharing, networking and collaboration at our QSEP Mini-Conference.

Highlights of the Mini-Conference:

  • Insightful Presentations: Gain invaluable insights from Senior, industry experts as they share their knowledge on the current changes to the Retentions Regime.
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with fellow QSEP members and industry peers from across the country. This is a great opportunity to expand your professional network. Exchange ideas and foster new relationships that could open doors to new opportunities and collaborations.
  • Panel Discussion: Engage in a dynamic panel discussion led by Senior members of the NZIQS community. The panel will be exploring current issues, sharing their past experiences and brainstorming solutions relevant to our QSEP group.
  • Competency Sign-Off: Mentors will be invited along during our afternoon-tea break. Take advantage of this opportunity to have some of your competency units signed off by industry mentors. It is also a great chance to build networks with Senior figures in our institute. 

The program is free to attend and runs from 1:50-5:00pm, invitations are extended to students at local universities respectively.


Regional Branch Breakfast

Come along to the Regional Branch breakfast at the conference on Friday 14 June to catch up with your colleagues from around the country. The light breakfast is open to all members of the Regional branch, i.e., those living outside the main cities of Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin. Breakfast begins at 8:00am at Tākina Convention Centre, Level 1, Matiu Room. This is free to attend.
