A staged 6.9 hectare development being built within the wider Kenepuru landings site in Porirua.  A green field site was handed over in 2018 which allowed bulk earthworks and infrastructure works to take place followed by the initial stages of construction. The development consists  of 248 units which include residential villas, town houses, 2no apartment blocks and a Regional Main Building which is 1200m2 in size, concrete frame building,  across 3 levels containing independent living apartments, care apartments and dementia care together with communal facilities – café, gym, swimming pool etc.

Early stages are now occupied whilst construction continues on remaining stages including the Regional Main Building.
