NZIQS Spark Building Site Visit
Overview
Three demolished buildings including the old BNZ House have been replaced by new offices for telecoms company Spark in what is the first new office building in Cathedral Square since the earthquakes.
Description
The new building by the Colombo-Hereford corner has three office floors, shops and cafes at street level, and a rooftop hospitality space. It's design includes a glass facade, central atrium and public thoroughfare. The site is owned by Nexus Point, designed by Sheppard & Rout and constructed by Naylor Love.
