Morgan and Pollard Landscapes has a team of over 60 staff. We have the resources and expertise to push your skills as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to the next level. We undertake landscaping projects across all parts of the construction industry; as a Main Contractor, Subcontractor, and Design and Build projects with our in-house team of Landscape Architects.
Working with our management team, you will be an integral part of our Operations team undertaking key tasks such as: Measuring and estimating. Preparing tender submissions. Developing and maintaining pricing databases Collating and distributing project specific documentation Preparing variation pricing. Preparing Payment Claims and Invoices.

Diploma in Quantity Surveying, or 2-3 years in a similar role in construction as a minimum. CAT Project software experience beneficial. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Positive attitude. Show enthusiasm and self-motivation. The successful applicant must be both eligible to work in, and currently residing in, New Zealand.
