Mō tēnei tūranga | About this role
The purpose of the team is to provide guidance and financial understanding to the Ministry on infrastructure projects, this will help inform the Ministry’s Property Strategy and provide support on construction projects across the Ministry.
You will have a leading role in taking our pricing information into an operational capability that can be used as part of BAU. This is a critical component of the School Property Strategy and is focussed on delivering the Ministry’s vision through partnering with key internal and external stakeholders.
Mōhou ake | About you
You will have experience in a Quantity Surveying role or similar construction background (preferably in New Zealand) combined with experience providing analysis of complex issues. You will also offer relevant financial / cost / data analysis experience.
