Quantity Surveyor - 2 roles available
We are seeking 2 motivated Quantity Surveyors – Senior and Intermediate to join our company. Reporting to Commercial Manager, the role is to manage the delivery of tenders, and manage the cost within the constraints of agreed budget and to ensure that our service delivery meets clients expectation.

Ensuring that Procore is extensively utilised for Project Management / Provision of timely and accurate schedules of costs and materials for sit-out related projects / Compilations of detailed tender submissions / Provision of accurate cost reporting on current and recently completed projects / Provision of contract and variation pricing and ensuring contract documentation is kept up to date and the compilation of contract accounts and final accounts / Working with Project and Site Managers to ensure that the project is brought together from start to finish on time and within the budget
A confident and forward thinking Quantity Surveyor with minimum of 3+ years’ experience, who has a high level of proven skills in estimating, procurement as well as the cost management of live projects.
Contract management skills are also preferred. You are organized and thorough with exceptional time management and having the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
A great team player, with a positive can do attitude. You will have relevant qualifications and/or experience within quantity surveying, along with the leadership skills to coach others in the team and support the Commercial Manager.
You will also need to be a NZ resident or have a valid work visa, as well as a current drivers license.
