Rokane are commercial fit out specialists, supplying and installing suspended ceilings and partitions to commercial construction contractors across Auckland. Working closely with clients, they have a reputation for delivering high quality, innovative solutions to Auckland’s iconic projects.
COVID 19 has not hindered their growth, in fact, they have grown their market share and have a solid forward workload. The Directors are looking to add to the team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in interiors fit outs.
You will be part of the commercial team and working closely with the Directors and involved in projects from take-offs, pricing, site measures, progress claims, variations, subcontractor letting and negotiations, cost reporting through to final account.
A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying is preferred, but most importantly is an attitude to exceed expectations and serious commercial nous to ensure projects make money. The business culture is incredibly important and so is personality fit.
