Senior Quantity Surveyor
Key to the company’s success, Rilean’s Quantity Surveyors are professional members of the team working closely with our office and site based Project Managers. We are looking for a self-driven experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking for their next career move.

Senior QS overseeing a small team in the day to day operations, including procurement, pricing, administration of projects, value engineering and estimating. Upon application more details will be given.
It is expected you will be able to independently procure future work and provide a high level of support to the Quantity Surveying team and Project Managers. In return you will be surrounded by professional and like-minded colleagues from management to site. 8+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor preferably in New Zealand. A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying.
Will have excellent communication skills while liaising with Senior Management, clients and sub-contractors.
Experience in managing projects ranging from 1-30 million.
The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, while overseeing other staff.
Monitoring of cost reports. Strong focus on procurement with an interest in creating and nurturing relationships.
Excellent Excel skills - QS2000–and Costcon experience would be a bonus but not necessary.
