Practice leadership role across Cost Advisory, with a client facing remit to grow the business, consulting across a highly diverse range of significant infrastructure, community, and city related projects.

Our Cost Advisory team is an energetic and diverse group with a strong culture of enjoyment, care, partnership, and tenacity.
Lead client facing and market interactions, with a focus on growing the Cost Management and Advisory practice, including developing others technical capability. You will be a senior member of Beca’s national Project, Strategy and Delivery business, with responsibilities for delivering quantity surveying and cost consultancy services across a diverse range of projects, including contributing to the development and coaching of others. You will be working closely with the team and supported by your Beca peers from all disciplines in the Auckland office.
In this role, you will have plenty of scope for success and we are looking for a high performing professional with a real passion for cost management, who understands logical costing methods, as well as having a client first focus. You will be a self-starter who has a demonstrated ability to apply first principals estimating, use composite rates and benchmark data, set initial workable budgets at project inception, and manage cost processes through to completion of a project. You will thrive when working with ambiguity especially in early project planning stages.
