Welcome to PrefabNZ, the hub for prebuilt construction:

It’s a challenging start to the year, with returning to work and Canterbury’s insurance issues resonating around the country, delaying the rebuild and affecting everyone’s insurance bills…
On a positive note, our industry is predicted to move from its current position of 15,000 constructions per year, to address work on 80,000 leaky homes, as well as 60,000 residential and 1,200 commercial buildings in Christchurch. Now is the time to respond with new, strong and fast building solutions.
The start of 2012 heralds the PrefabNZ Heart event in Auckland on February 14th – hope to see you there. Next month we will be launching the Hive opening events – you can join us March 23, 24 or 25th in Christchurch to see what new, strong and fast home solutions look like.
