We’re looking for a Cost Manager to join our growing team in Auckland. You’ll be involved in project teams for our diverse national clients. This is an excellent career opportunity where you’ll work with industry leaders who are committed to supporting your development.
You’ll have technical cost management capability with experience in the delivery of large/medium buildings and/or infrastructure projects. You’ll need a minimum of 3 years’ experience with either consultants or client facing, along with a good understanding of buildings and/or civils/roading construction. The following skills and attributes will also be an advantage: - Ability to use CostX estimating software - Microsoft Excel and IT savvy - Familiar with producing estimates and delivering to challenging deadlines - Ability to work autonomously in a project team environment - Working knowledge of contracts (3910) and procurement would also be an advantage
